What to expect

A long weekend to arrive, breathe deeply, and recharge. With gentle yoga sessions, breathing exercises, meditation, and journaling, you will find your way back to your center – physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Surrounded by the natural beauty of the Lungau mountains, you will let go of what no longer serves you and strengthen what truly nourishes you.

Daily schedule & content

Thursday - Arrive and settle in

  • Individual arrival in the afternoon
  • 5:00 PM – Welcome tea and introduction in the lounge
  • 5:30 – 6:30 PM – Yang to Yin Yoga: Transition from active, dynamic Yang energy into gentle Yin Yoga for grounding and relaxation → Focus: calming the nervous system, transitioning from daily life into the retreat


Friday - Reconnecting with your body

  • 7:30 – 8:30 AM – Morning Flow: Energy and clarity for the day → Focus: three-dimensional breathing, mindful alignment, body awareness
  • 4:00 – 4:45 PM – Workshop: The nervous system in everyday life → Short input, journaling, and group exchange
  • 5:00 – 6:15 PM – Slow Vinyasa & meditation: From the outside to the inside


Saturday – Finding stability and lightness

  • 7:30 – 8:30 AM – Morning Yoga: Clarity and inner balance → Focus: strengthening your center, reconnecting with yourself
  • 4:00 – 4:45 PM – Workshop: Self-care and mindfulness → Short input, journaling, and a small partner exercise
  • 5:00 – 6:15 PM – Moonlight Yoga & letting go


Sunday – Returning with renewed energy

  • 7:30 – 8:30 AM – Morning Practice: Intention & integration → Focus: What do I take with me? How do I stay centered?
  • from 9:00 AM – Shared breakfast and closing
  • Individual departure


Who is this retreat for?

This retreat is designed for anyone who wants to reconnect with themselves, who longs for calm, movement, and inner balance, and who is looking for inspiration to live a more mindful and less stressful everyday life.

No prior yoga experience is required. Yoga teacher Sarah Pleisnitzer and the team at Wellnesshotel Eggerwirt look forward to welcoming you.
