At Mount Med Resort, movement doesn’t start in the gym. It starts with understanding. Through metabolic testing using respiratory gas analysis, you receive precise insights into your biological age, metabolic processes, cellular health, and cardiovascular performance. Based on these insights, a fully personalised training and nutrition plan is created – supported by a multidisciplinary team of sports physicians, orthopaedists, fitness coaches, and physiotherapists.
The Fitness Loft, combined with the Ortho & Physio Gallery, offers high-performance cardio and strength training, functional workouts, and full-body circuits at the highest level. EMS training enables both targeted performance gains and gentle rehabilitation. Personal training extends far beyond the expected – from outdoor sessions and breathwork to sports mental coaching and orthopaedically supervised development programmes.
